Why Prep Before Update 4

Be The Final Boss is on [UPD3] Update 3 as of August 5, 2026 — Castle Skins, Raid Boss events, leaderboards, Auto Roll rework, bulk upgrades, and Range Display are live. Update 4 targets August 8, 2026 through roughly August 15 on community calendars (~3 days out). Apparently Champions has not published Update 4 patch notes yet, so this guide focuses on honest prep you can finish now without guessing unreleased kits.

Live stats sit around ~18.9M visits, ~550K favorites, and ~7.6K concurrent during the August 5 verification window. Use the checklist below, then watch the Roblox title for [UPD4] before rebuilding your entire account.

Update 4 Prep Checklist

Work through these tasks in order during the final Update 3 window (through August 8). Each item links to wiki coverage so you can finish prep without hunting menus.

1. Redeem all fourteen active codes — including new noherocanwin (3 Epic Fusion Shards & 1 Shard Drop Boost; betheboss = 500 Coins — trust in-game payout)
2. Explore Update 3 systems — Castle Skins, Raid Boss, Leaderboards, and reworked Auto Roll
3. Bank Forge Stones from raidthecastle (3), claimthethrone (2), and bossmodeon (2) before vanity crafts
4. Push Battlepass tiers you can reach with current playtime — claim rewards before maintenance wobble
5. Stabilize your Demonic duo path (Step 1–2 minimum) and use Bulk Unit Upgrades on main-path minions
6. Farm Cursed Moon mutation windows (2× mutation chance) for Demonic or Cursed rolls on core units
7. Claim offline rewards every login — Update 2+ improved logout payouts stack with short sessions
8. Watch the Roblox game title for [UPD4] and re-read updates before major respecs

What We Do Not Know Yet

Update 4 contents are unannounced. No official Roblox description bullets, @ApparentlyGames feature list, or in-game changelog exists for [UPD4] at the time of this August 5, 2026 verification. Community calendars list Update 5 (August 15–22) as a date-only window — treat that as provisional until the title tag changes.

Do not pre-spend every Forge Stone, Soul, or Battlepass currency assuming specific new units. Hoard materials only if your current formation already clears your target checkpoint. After [UPD4] lands, check update schedule, codes, and tier lists before panic respecs.
