Summon Altar Basics

Souls buy new minions at the Summon Altar beside your castle. Each roll can produce base units or mutated variants — Shiny (+30% ATK/HP), Cursed (+100%), or Demonic (+150%) — documented on the mutations wiki. Rolls compete with minion upgrades and Skill Tree spending, so summon only when your formation needs a new role filled.

If you roll a unit you want but lack Souls to purchase it, the result saves when you leave the game. Relog and the unit still waits at the altar — you do not lose the roll. This lets you bank Mythic or Secret pulls while farming Souls from waves.

Update 3 — Auto Roll Rework and Gifting

Update 3 ([UPD3]) reworked Auto Roll at the Summon Altar — cleaner Goblin Rolly settings, smoother AFK roll loops, and improved rarity targeting. Re-open Goblin Rolly after the patch and confirm Stop on Rarity and Pause on Rarity still match your goals. The rework pairs with entrance spawn-kill AFK from the AFK coin farming guide.

Auto Roll Plus Gifting lets players share Auto Roll Plus benefits with friends. Exact gifting limits and UI steps are community-verified — look for gift or share prompts in the Goblin Rolly menu. Gifting does not replace Souls income; you still need wave clears and codes like noherocanwin (Shard Drop Boost) for shard farming.

Update 3 — Bulk Unit Upgrades

Bulk Unit Upgrades let you level multiple minions in one action instead of upgrading each unit separately. After a good roll session, bulk-upgrade your main-path roster — tank and primary DPS first per the minions guide. Bulk upgrades save clicks but do not reduce Soul costs; budget the same as individual upgrades.

Combine bulk upgrades with Range Display (Update 3) to verify placement after power spikes. If a bulk upgrade pushes a minion past a checkpoint threshold, reposition using visible range rings before the next wave.

Goblin Rolly AFK Settings

Goblin Rolly stands next to the Summon Altar and automates rolls while you fight or farm. Recommended settings for focused progression: turn AFK Roll ON, enable Stop on Rarity, and set Pause on Rarity to Mythic and Secret only so the goblin stops when a top-tier unit appears.

Goblin rolls slower than manual spam but runs while you handle waves. Pair with AFK coin farming at the entrance formation so combat and rolling progress together. Goblin AFK requires you to stay online — true offline progression is limited to passive Coin drip, not altar rolls.

When to Summon vs Save Souls

Summon during Cursed Moon weather for 2× mutation odds, or anytime if you bought the 159 Robux Double Mutation Chance gamepass. Outside those windows, prioritize Souls on minions that fix your next wave checkpoint over chasing shiny variants on weak units.

Earning Souls for Rolls

Wave clears remain the primary Soul income. Skill Tree nodes on the Summon Altar branch — especially Soul Harness tiles — increase Souls per wave. Daily login Spin Tickets from the reward wheel and all fourteen active codes inject lump sums that accelerate early recruitment.

A practical loop: redeem codes, spin the wheel, set Goblin Rolly to Mythic/Secret pause, farm stable waves with entrance placement, check back to buy saved altar rolls and Skill Tree nodes.
