PC Input Basics

Playing Be The Final Boss on PC through the Roblox client gives you keyboard movement and mouse camera control — the highest precision setup for villain-side tower defense. Apparently Champions designed hero waves to approach from multiple angles, so mouse look helps you reposition minions and aim weapons without fighting auto-camera constraints common on mobile.

Default bindings follow standard Roblox third-person conventions unless the experience overrides them in Early Access. Always verify in-game settings after patches listed on updates.

Movement and Camera

Use WASD to move your boss character around the castle perimeter. Hold right mouse button or move the mouse to rotate the camera — exact behavior may follow Roblox defaults for the experience. Shift or space may map to jump or dodge if those mechanics exist in current builds.

Camera discipline separates strong PC players from average ones. Sweep the lanes before each wave spawn to confirm minion coverage matches hero paths described in wave defense. Snap the camera to the castle when structure health warnings appear.

Combat and Weapons

Primary weapon attacks typically map to left mouse button click or hold. Secondary abilities may use right click or number keys depending on weapon type. PC aim excels at deleting priority heroes that minions target slowly — leverage this in boss brawler builds.

Number keys 1 through 4 often bind minion slots or ability hotbar entries in Roblox TD titles. Confirm your hotbar in the first safe wave. Rebind through Roblox if available when keys conflict with your keyboard layout.

Menus and UI

Escape or on-screen menu buttons open settings, including the codes field for promo codes like betheboss. Tab or I may open inventory or skill tree interfaces if mapped. Click UI buttons for skill tree purchases with Coins and minion summons with Souls.

PC Optimization Tips

Lower mouse sensitivity if you overshoot hero targets during weapon bursts. Higher sensitivity helps camera sweeps across wide maps. Match sensitivity to your weapon tier choices — burst weapons want precise clicks, area weapons tolerate wider motion.

Use fullscreen or borderless windowed consistently. Inconsistent focus causes mouse capture bugs that look like control failures. Update graphics drivers if frame drops cause input lag during dense hero waves.
